He has managed the development of individual components — residential, hotel, retail, and office — within some of the most complex mixed-use projects in the country, spanning multi-phase urban infill in Washington D.C. to full city block redevelopments in Philadelphia and Los Angeles.
Through NTNR Capital Group, Nick invests as a principal, partners as a co-GP, and advises sponsors and capital partners on deal structuring, equity raises, and portfolio strategy.
